This year, our law firm was named “Law Firm of the Year West” by the JUVE publishing house. This award is based, among other things, on the development of our office in the area of public procurement law. This is expressly recognized as a success story. We are regularly involved in important projects. We were delighted to receive this award and are proud of it.

However, we naturally do not want to rest on our laurels. Together with the Association of German Master Builders (BDB), we are offering a series of lectures and training courses in which we want to discuss practical aspects of the procurement process. Public procurement law has been increasingly permeated by case law in recent years. The subject matter has become increasingly complex. We will therefore discuss some of the key aspects. Participants will have the opportunity for a broad exchange of views. Please find attached the program.
