Maria Rast
In the 1960s, the building with stables, originally erected in 1903 as a country residence for the industrialist von Luttitz outside Aachen, was converted by the Episcopal Academy of the Diocese of Aachen into a priests’ house and conference centre.
In 2008, the building, including its 40,000 m² plot, was modernised as an office and administration building.
In 2022, the conversion of the neighbouring former gymnasium into a modern office complex was completed.
