Competition law

Competition law, or more precisely the law of unfair competition, describes the conditions of economic conduct that every company must comply with when competing for the offer and purchase of economic services. It serves to protect other market participants, such as competitors and consumers, as well as the general public’s interest in undistorted competition.

We advise and represent companies in all matters of competition law. Our lawyers have extensive experience in the field of competition law warning letters as well as their prevention. The activities of our lawyers in competition law include, inter alia:
