Public Procurement law

The public procurement law department consists of a team of specialized lawyers. Dr. Frank Schidlowski was one of the first lawyers in Germany to be awarded the title of specialist lawyer for public procurement law.
Our public procurement team advises on all issues relating to public procurement law and conducts comprehensive public procurement procedures. This begins with the determination of requirements by the contracting authority and continues through the structuring of the procurement procedure to its implementation and the selection of bidders. Our team advises contracting authorities in disputes with bidders. The focus here is on dealing with complaints from bidders. Our procurement team also advises bidders who wish to enforce their bidder rights in a procurement procedure. It conducts proceedings before the public procurement tribunals and civil courts for both bidders and contracting authorities. In addition, our procurement team conducts procurement procedures for contracting authorities in writing or in electronic form. Our team has access to an online procurement platform. We can also support funding recipients who are bound to the provisions of public procurement law by notices. Procurement procedures can also be carried out for them.
