Yesterday evening, we continued our “Recht verständlich” lecture series with a hot topic on the new version of the so-called MoPeG.

During the lecture, lawyer Dr. Edgar Stein discussed the changes to be expected from 01.01.2024 in the law of civil law partnerships, but also in the law of commercial partnerships (OHG, KG, GmbH & Co. KG).

The changes are important for advisors, but also for companies and private individuals alike. In particular for private individuals who hold real estate assets in civil law partnerships, the presentation provided recommendations for the further treatment of these entities.
