Last night, auditor Marcus Schaps and attorney Dr. Edgar Stein continued our lecture series “Recht verständlich” with a presentation on “The Family Partnership as a Tool for Succession Planning.”
The family partnership was presented as a simple, flexible, and legally sound tool for succession planning under civil law. At the same time, the inheritance tax requirements and implications of this anticipated succession were presented in a practical manner and explained using case studies.
